The Arthroscopic Surgery Unit (UCA) has initiated a clinical study to analyze the impact of extreme fatigue on the regenerative capacity of triathletes, by analyzing plasma markers before and after their participation in the ‘vi half Gasteiz’ triathlon. The aim is to generate scientific evidence to optimize recovery times and prevent injuries resulting from overtraining in highly demanding sports.
